Footnotes

How many images can be prepared (e.g. staple removal) for the scanner in one employee hour.

Usually, at least one barcode separator sheet is inserted at the begining of each new file (or record).

The rate for data entry is based upon two main factors; (1) how easy is it to find the data (e.g. is the data always in the same place on every document?) and (2) can the documents be keyed offshore at SoftFile's offshore data entry facility?

The default output is TIF. If PDF is required, a rate might be added for the conversion from TIF to PDF.

This is the rate for OCR (Optical Character Recognition) in order to facilitate a keyword search across both the document as well as the entire repository of documents scanned. Please nquire with SoftFile about OCR accuracy ratios.
